I develop 3 concept directions with clear rationale. One round of revisions to refine the selected direction.

One final design delivered with a complete tech pack — orthographic views, dimensions, materials, Pantone callouts — ready for costing, prototyping and production.

Done
Clean, production-ready files delivered on time. 3D modelling available as a separate add-on for hard goods that need it.

Working on more than one product?
When multiple SKUs are briefed and delivered within the same project, each additional SKU receives a 20% discount. The brief alignment and design language are already established — you only pay for the execution.

Terms
Fixed pricing
Prices are fixed. What you see is what you pay — no surprises.
Payment
50% deposit required to begin. Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final files. Your start date is confirmed and locked into the schedule upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit (or proof of payment).
Availability
Projects are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Start dates are subject to availability and must be agreed upon before booking. Your spot is not reserved until the signed contract and deposit are received.
Scope
Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately in writing before proceeding.
Multi-SKU discount
Applies only to SKUs briefed and delivered within the same project engagement.
IP transfer
All intellectual property transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
Tech pack note
Files are provided as design guidance and may require further engineering by the manufacturer. Regulatory compliance is the client’s responsibility.
Portfolio rights
Fio Design LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and promotional materials once the product is publicly released, or at any time if the product is discontinued or not brought to production.
