Music & Motion Baby Gym

This activity gym was designed to blend developmental play with a nostalgic aesthetic inspired by current baby market directions. One of the core challenges was rethinking tummy-time engagement after tummy-time pillows became restricted in the category for safety concerns. To complement the gym experience, we developed alternative activities including a soft sensory book concept and a bear mirror.

Another key focus was introducing the dark wood-look arches, bringing warmth and familiarity to the product while pushing Itzy Ritzy into a new material direction for the brand. The hanging mobile was also carefully designed using hard plastic components while maintaining a Montessori-inspired feel and staying mindful of baby safety requirements.
